Showthread optimization

I've just installed a new plugin to the site that should hopefully alleviate some of the load times we'd be getting from the mass amounts of BBCode on this site. There may be bugs, so if you see anything that's weird, please let me know.

Hoooooooly shibby, load times are going as fast as 3 times faster for me. WHOO-HOO!
