Reisano Coins

Do you think you could add Reisano Coins as a new formatting tag? Specifically for the "stats block" (typed in as rcoins) and "modifiers" (Reisano Coin and Reisano Coins). Though, it would be nice if you added it for "simple formatting tages" too. The color code is C74E85.

Also added to [stats] block. Took the liberty of manually editing all profiles with this change. Also added this info to the formatting guide where appropriate.

Might be a bit late for that.

It's a majority vote for a single currency, I know. But it's not that big of a deal to keep it, so let's just go ahead and try it out, see how it works, etc.

I went ahead with adding it to the system because of a few things:
