As you advance on your journey in ZURPG, you may encounter monsters and NPCs having powerful Spells not listed in the Global Shop or NPCs having powerful Skills (or monsters having Passive Skills) not listed in the Global Shop. Well, you can get these abilities too; you just have to find Rare Scrolls.
Rare Scrolls are long-lost scrolls that grant you access to rare and valuable Skills and Spells. Like standard scrolls, these are rare and you will have to find these during your travels. These Rare Scrolls are can teach you any spell or skill that you have discovered within their relevant bracket. When someone discovers such an ability, they are added to this thread and anyone with a scroll that can grant them can learn that ability.
The abilities these scrolls grant are powerful and are often as powerful as Artifact items. Unlike Artifact items, they usually have a Sell Value - So you can pawn them off for a bit of money for other things if you don’t need them.
Each ability granted by Rare Scrolls is sorted based off category and then rarity and strength; into Skills and Spells and then Lost, Ascended and Legendary Abilities. Legendary Abilities are unique in that only one scroll of each of them exist and have separate scrolls instead of generic ones.
Roll your Courage dice vs. targets' Courage dice

EFFECT 1: If at least two of the three attacks are successful, steal an item that's equipped by the target.
Then, either store it in your inventory or, if you meet the REQUIREMENTS, you can immediately equip it.

DESCRIPTION: Spark a fire and split it into multiple parts; each hitting a target.

This continues until the roll fails.
Support Spell:
EFFECT 1: Remove a Named Effect from an ally.
EFFECT 2: Reverse the last instance of Neutral Damage or Magic drain on the ally (can not go above Maximum Hearts or Magic in this case)
COSTS: 6 Magic
DESCRIPTION: Once fully charged; target a dead ally and send them off on a tide… for them to come back alive.
EFFECT: Revive the selected target to 10 Hearts
Tether to Object:
EFFECT: The illusion will be inserted into the object, making it appear haunted to those who can sense spirits.
DURATION: Until the object is destroyed.
If it is cast within a Spirit Complex, it instead lasts until the object is either destroyed or exits the Spirit Complex.
COSTS: 12 Magic
DESCRIPTION: Once charged; Borrow the power of Hylia herself and strike a target using it, causing a general stat decrease.

EFFECT: The next 20 Hearts ally would lose are negated.
