Some random updates

A few various updates that have been added to the game.

• The Hyrule Castle Market now has a guest vendor. In other words, every week, one of the normally unavailable shops will be made available, and I'll be rotating them out every Monday.
  
• Subrosia's Smithy can now smelt your Rupees into Ore Chunks for a rate of 10 Rupees to get 1 Ore Chunk. Do note that this is a one-way process.
  
• A clarification - neutral damages bypass barriers. Attacks that ignore damage reduction (but aren't classified as neutral damage) only go through damage reduction from items.
  
• And speaking of barriers, although I don't like making balance changes often, Barrier now falls after one attack. I'll have profiles updated when I roll out "ethereal/physical" on all barrier-type moves, which should be within a day.

So what is the difference between ethereal barriers and physical barriers? Please clarify that a bit more..

Attacks that ignore damage reduction go straight through ethereal barriers. They do not go through physical barriers. They do, however, ignore the damage reduction on physical barriers themselves.
