Relative Balance - WindStrike - 11-23-2014 Some time back, I posted up a thread for Tier Levels. While it explained what a tier level is, it also demonstrated the relative balance between dice, armor, damage, and successes. Right now, ZURPG is a rather offensive heavy game, and that's resulting in lots of kills being one or two shots. Part of this is because right now, there's a higher scaling on attacking than defending. The other part of it is the actual tier scaling itself, but I'll cover that in another thread. Right now, here's the ratios, relative to the dice bonus on weapon's attacks:
