Ring Quest - General_Fondue - 10-24-2011
To celebrate the opening of the new ring appraisal shop, we're offering adventurers an unappraised rare ring absolutely free! Only one catch: You have to go and find it first...
This quest will take part in the territory North of Hyrule castle- the area which is seen in Zelda II. This is a largely unexplored area, and all the towns and villages there are poor and have little to offer in terms of trade. You'd better make sure you've stocked up before you leave the castle town.
So, in basis, this'll be a quest to find some rings. I'd be hoping to hold this on the 28th- that is, this Friday. Anyone who'd like to get involved, just say when you can do.
This won't be a big quest; I'd hope to be able to get it done within a few hours. Hopefully. Also, I won't be letting high-level characters get involved in this quest.
RE: Ring Quest - WindStrike - 10-24-2011
Just an fyi, if you were on a previous quest that resulted in you ending up in Subrosia or Termina, I'll allow a slight backtrack such that you can be a part of this quest.
I should be free on Friday, so I'll be glad to show up. What time were you thinking of starting? (include timezone)
RE: Ring Quest - General_Fondue - 10-24-2011
Well, I'll be free from about 10.30 PM (GMT +1), which is about... well, I'm not sure. I *think* it's 5.30 PM EST.
You may want to check that, because I'm not great at time zones
RE: Ring Quest - Sephiroth - 10-24-2011
Any time past 8:00 PM Central (1:00 AM Saturday Morning, GMT) is not a good time for me. Any time before that however, is fine.
RE: Ring Quest - General_Fondue - 10-24-2011
That should be fine, that should give us about 3 hours, I think. That should be plenty of time.
Update: Added more quest details to First Post.
RE: Ring Quest - Sephiroth - 10-24-2011
Yeah, just a word of advice: Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are raid nights for me, so the reason why after that time is no good, is because my full attention will be needed in WoW.
RE: Ring Quest - WindStrike - 10-25-2011
Just checked the time zones:
- 5:30pm EST
- 4:30pm CST
- 3:30pm MST
- 2:30pm PST
For those that live outside of those zones, try to find a time zone converter.
By the way, the Zelda 2 map is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise so that it can fit north of OoT map. Hopefully, no one has a problem with this.
